SEETAC’s forth project meeting in Kolasin (Montenegro)
SEETAC's 4th Project meeting will take place on July
7th and 8th 2010, in Kolašin, Montenegro. The
meeting will be hosted by the Montenegro Ministry of Maritime
Affairs, Transportation and Telecommunication, organized in
cooperation with the SEETAC's lead partner - Central European
Initiative (CEI).
The first day's discussion will be focused on administrative and
financial matters, organization of the next meetings and of the
ministerial conference in Albania, as well as on SEETAC's external
communication matters. The meeting will comprise a short
presentation of the INTERREG IV C event - related to the project
SUGAR (Sustainable Urban Goods logistics Achieved
by Regional and local policies - www.sugar.eu). The CEI as SUGAR's
project partner, will organize the event in parallel with the
SEETAC's second ministerial conference. The meeting will end with a
presentation of the WP 3 current state of art on data
collection.
On July 8th the participants will assist the
presentation of the final version of the SEETAC network and on
coordination of upcoming activities for the WP 5 (Financial Plan
focused on selected pilot projects) and WP 6 (Spatial Planning and
Transport Axis Strategy).
At the end of the meeting SEETAC's Steering Committee will meet
to discuss project objectives.
