The EU will award € 50 million in 2011 for investments in infrastructure that will be assigned through electronic procurement procedures. Following the assessment of the head of the European Union delegation in Tirana Ambassador Ettore Sequi, it is important that the EU funded investments are carried out through transparent procurement procedures.
